Most programs add complexity in week one. We remove it. The first month is about ruthless subtraction — one movement habit, one dietary anchor, one daily mindfulness practice. Nothing else changes. The goal isn't results yet. It's proving to yourself that you can follow through. This is the accountability foundation. Without it, everything else collapses.

Build

Now you layer. Movement becomes a structured training protocol — progressive, simple, sustainable. Nutrition gets refined around your actual life, not an ideal one. Mindfulness shifts from a practice into a decision-making filter. This is where 20 years of behavioral pattern recognition does its real work — you'll start to see what you've been missing about yourself.

Do I need to be at a certain fitness level to join?
No. The Reclaim Method is built around where you actually are, not where you think you should be. Beginners and experienced athletes have both gone through this framework. What matters is that you're ready to follow through.
When are the live calls?
Call times are set based on the group's availability before the cohort begins. If you're selected, you'll be part of the scheduling conversation so it actually works for your life.
What if I miss a call?
Calls are recorded and shared with the group. Missing one won't derail you — the async check-ins keep you connected in between regardless.
Why do I have to DM before buying?
